Art in all its forms and facets has always fascinated me since my childhood and accompanied me throughout my life. Also, myself, I have always been creatively active, albeit with varying degrees of intensity and with longer breaks in between. In my third stage of life, I will now put art into the centre of my life. In the last few years I have worked systematically towards this goal.
Bio
Over the years, I have familiarised myself with different forms of art and techniques and worked with various materials. However, my creative home has always remained drawing and painting.
I have also experimented with different styles. At the moment, however, I am concentrating mainly on figurative work again. Human beings, especially their eyes and hands and the many stories they tell fascinate me over and over again. The material for such paintings is almost inexhaustible and I won't run out of work in the near future...
